This is what Will has to say about his first week with us.
“I arrived early on a frosty Monday morning in my all-terrain vehicle.”
” I had been forwarned that this was a busy time of year for an ornamental fishfarm. However, I was surprised at the complexity and planning needed to get a range of 70 varieties of fish delivered all over the UK in the run up to Easter. Every fish has to be sorted and graded before coming up from their holding cages in the ponds into the main fish house.
Here the fish are starved and prophylactically treated before being counted into bags, boxed up and delivered. Have a look at a few pictures I took of the fish and operation.
